🏆 Competition Format

Entry Fee:

• $200 per cooking team (includes 10x10 space, tasting rights, team name signage)

• Optional cornbread entry $100

• $275 for both

What teams provide:

• Chili (min. 2 gallons)

• Optional: Cornbread entry (at least 24 sample pieces)

• Serving table, tent, décor, extension cords if needed

PBBA provides:

• Branded tasting cups, napkins, utensils

• Water and soft drinks

• Event ballots

• Setup assistance

• Ballot box for People’s Choice

Judging:

• Blind Judging Panel

• People’s Choice

• Cornbread Award: Separate judging (by taste and creativity)

Prizes:

• Awards to be announced at event dependent on sponsors

• Award categories:

  • Best Chili (Judge's Choice)

  • People's Choice
